Gruham Consultants is a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) engaged in delivering structured and well-coordinated construction projects across residential, commercial, and interior segments. We work as the client’s extended team, ensuring that every stage of the project is managed with clarity, control, and accountability.

Our role goes beyond supervision—we actively coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution on site. From planning and procurement support to construction monitoring and quality checks, we bring a systematic approach to managing time, cost, and workmanship.
We are involved in both construction and interior project execution, ensuring that design intent is translated accurately into built reality. With a focus on transparency, coordination, and disciplined project management, we help clients achieve efficient and predictable project outcomes.

Founding Members

Dhruvil Gajjar

Dhruvil Gajjar is the Founder of Gruham Consultants and a Project Management Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been leading the practice for the past 5 years, working across residential, commercial, and interior projects.
His core expertise includes construction management, project coordination, cost control, and execution monitoring. He is known for a detail-oriented approach that ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality execution across all stages of a project.

Brijesh Dave

Brijesh Dave holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and brings over 10 years of experience in managing restoration and commercial projects. He has contributed to internationally recognized projects including Belvedere Castle and St. Bartholomew’s Church, New York, which were awarded the Lucy G. Moses Award for Building Preservation.
His expertise lies in efficient project execution, minimizing on-site and financial complexities, and implementing practical construction management solutions. He is focused on delivering well-structured, effective outcomes across diverse project environments.
